Hello~
Welcome to my photography blog! I'm a graphic designer, mommy and wife and just recently rediscovered my love for photography. Since the day my daughter was born, I could not stop taking pictures of her on a daily basis and even now 4 years later, I'm still following her every moves and moments.
I started with a dinky digital point & shoot camera and lots of photoshop work was involved to spruce up the quality, lighting, etc. Well 'photoshopping' is a lot of work and frankly, I was tired of enhancing every single photo. So.... I became obsessed with wanting a DSLR and wanting to take better photos. Photoshop does wonders and is fun to play around with and still is, but I STILL want QUALITY, VIBRANCE, RICHNESS & LIFE in a photograph. So here I am today finally with a DSLR in my hands and much satisfaction with the results.
Most photos are taken with my Canon Rebel XT and my beloved 50mm f/1.8 lens. Thanks for stopping by! :)

beautiful pictures! i came by through mykoreancuisine's page ... i had a question .. do you take pictures for other people as well? my family will be in spokane this summer and we wanted to get our pictures done.
Hannah: thank you! i am not a professional photographer... the only model i take photos of is my daughter! i do this as a hobby only. do you have family in spokane? it's beautiful here in the summer. you must visit Manito Park for their beautiful gardens. my latest pics are from there. :)

my husband is from spokane ... but we are currently in germany ... and we don't really have any family pictures because it's soooo expensive over here~
he is in the military so we're all over the place. we just had another baby and my husband really wants her to meet his grandparents because they are getting old. and they are very important to my husband because they pretty much raised my husband. so, we're planning on a trip to spokane in the summer and we wanted to get some family photos done. that was why i was asking. you're photos are soooo beautiful!
hannah, congrats on your baby! oh wow germany? i know someone else who is in germany with a military husband also. what part of spokane is your hubby from? northside, south hill, valley? we live on the south hill. i'm originally from LA and have been here for 6 yrs. my only complaint is the long winters. if you're interested in local photographer recommendations, feel free to email me: mizcarrano@yahoo.com
